You know, losing one of your star players to a hamstring injury can be devastating. But if you just look at things a little differently, it's really not so bad. Before anyone suggests that Essien could have avoided the unfortunate injury by stretching, I would like to reference a quote from Tallahassee in "Zombieland": "You ever see a lion limber up before it takes down a gazelle?"
